2-second scan

Prop the phone up, step back, hold the pose. Apple Vision detects body joints entirely on device — head, shoulders, hips, ankles. The frames are processed in memory and discarded. Only the resulting numbers exist after the scan ends.

Daily journal

A few lines about your day — Zoom marathon, poor sleep, back tightness — plus 12 predefined tags. Tags map to lifestyle patterns the AI can correlate across users. After about 5 entries and 5 scans, the pattern card starts working.

Every other posture app shows you a score and stops. Stoop translates the score into a sentence you can do something with — and points at the most likely cause, not just the symptom.

  • Plain-language insight, not medical jargon. «Head 6 cm forward adds ~6 kg of constant neck load» — not «CVA 52°». Every output is calibrated for a non-clinician.
  • Specific to your scan, never templated. The AI sees your actual numbers + your history every time. The output is generated fresh per scan — no canned advice.
  • Routine rationale per exercise. Why this move for your pattern. Each move comes with a one-sentence explanation tied to your scan, not the average user.
  • End-of-session debrief. Observes your skip patterns, calls out streaks, gently flags avoidance. Like a coach who actually noticed what you just did.
  • 14-day compare narrative. A single sentence under the before/after card tells you whether the shift is real progress or noise — written by the AI from your real data.

  • 12 predefined tags — work, sleep, mood, activity, body. Each maps to a lifestyle pattern the AI can correlate across users. You can write free text too, but tags do the heavy lifting.
  • Pattern correlation emerges after about 5 entries and 5 scans. «On days with «long Zoom», forward head is 0.8 cm higher» — that level of insight, not «exercise more».
  • Three insight types — direct correlation, behaviour hypothesis, and body signal — surfaced with distinct icons so you can tell what kind of claim the AI is making.
  • You control AI access. Settings toggle off and Journal stays a private notebook. No AI processing without your explicit opt-in.
