Stoop, in one paragraph
Stoop checks your posture with a one-minute camera scan — analyzed entirely on-device with Apple's Vision framework. It reports plain-language metrics (neck tilt, trunk lean, forward-head offset), tracks trends over time, and builds a personalized 5–10 minute daily routine from a library of 34 clinically reviewed exercises. No hardware, no wearables, no account. Camera frames never leave the phone.

The story
Anton spent four years building crypto wallets — hunched over a desk — and ended up with the exact problem this app solves. The existing options were $100+ wearables or apps that upload your photos to a server. Stoop is the answer he wanted for himself: point the camera, see honest numbers, do a short routine built for your particular shape. It was built solo in 2026, heavily AI-assisted, with localization into six languages from day one.
What makes it different
- On-device analysis. The scan works in airplane mode. Nothing to upload, nothing to leak.
- Honest metrics. Plain-language measurements — “neck tilt”, “trunk lean” — instead of pseudo-clinical scores. Trends matter more than absolutes, and the app says so.
- No hardware. Posture wearables cost $80–100 and end up in a drawer. Stoop needs only the phone you already own.
- Exercises that respect your body. A 10-question screening filters the routine around red flags (osteoporosis, disc herniation, shoulder impingement and more).
